Running On Empty: Los Angeles Without Cars
Cruising the landscapes of LA completely empty? This short film is pretty awesome. As much as we all may loathe LA’s incessant traffic, it is definitely a part of the city’s culture and lifestyle, and without it, well…it wouldn’t be the notorious city it’s known for. I do, however, have to agree that drivers who drive 60 mph in the fast lane should fall right. Way right. Lol.

Kobe’s billboard that I shot after eating at Katsuya in Hollywood.
No, I didn’t get a chance to see the Jonas Brothers’ FREE performance at the Grove but I’m sure that I stepped in their leftover sweat in this picture. So…my life is complete.
Our last night in LA was spent driving around the city and visiting the mansions on top of the Hollywood hills just north of Sunset Blvd. Afterwards, we went to Downtown LA to check out the newly built Nokia Plaza just outside of the Staples Center. There was a big concert going on so parking exploded to a costly $20. Honestly, it was a huge waste of time and money if you weren’t going there for an event. We only saw four restaurants and a bunch of lights. That kind of pissed me off A LOT but now we know. It turns out that performers there that night included Usher, Ludacris, Justin Bieber, Akon, B.o.B. and Ke$ha.
